About

America250PA – Adams County is a nonpartisan initiative working to engage every American in commemorating the 250th anniversary of our country. This multi-year effort, from now through 2026, is an opportunity to pause and reflect on our nation's past, honor the contributions of all Americans, and look ahead toward the future we want to create for the next generation and beyond.

The Lincoln Fellowship of Pennsylvania is a non-partisan, non-profit organization, located here in Gettysburg.

The mission of the Fellowship are to honor the legacy and memory of President Abraham Lincoln, to commemorate the Gettysburg Address and the dedication of the Gettysburg National Cemetery, to educate the public about history related to President Lincoln and the Cemetery, and to advance our nation's highest values and principles and to promote positive civic engagement as reflected in the words and actions of President Lincoln.  We hope our events stimulate imagination and fuel inspiration. We ultimately want to leave visitors feeling uplifted, optimistic, with a desire to return.
